Brent: Kensal Rise Library

Kensal Rise library is one of six libraries in the London Borough of Brent threatened with closure as a result of  government spending cuts. It was built on land donated by All Souls College, Oxford, with money donated by Andrew Carnegie, and opened by Mark Twain in 1900.
