Walterton & Elgin Action Group 1985-1995

Chantry Point on Elgin Estate, North Paddington. The asbestos-ridden tower was used by Westminster City Council to rehouse homeless families as part of the programme which became known as the 'Homes for Votes' scandal.  The tower, and its sister Hermes Point, was demolished in 1995.
